Breedwell User Guide: Quick Essentials
For optimal use and longevity of your Breedwell products, especially those with lighting features, please note these essential guidelines:
- General Operation (Light-Up Products): Most light-up Breedwell items have an on/off switch or a button (often under a logo patch) to activate the lights and cycle through different modes. Press and hold the button for about 3 seconds to turn lights on or off.
- Charging Your Product:
- Locate the USB charging port on the battery unit (usually on the side, under a protective cap).
- Use the included USB cable to charge from any standard USB port.
- Charging typically takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Indicator lights (e.g., red to green, or light turning off) signal a full charge.
- CRITICAL WARNING: DO NOT OVERCHARGE! Leaving the battery plugged in beyond a full charge can significantly weaken its life over time.
- Care & Cleaning:
- Always remove any lighting components, batteries, or electronic parts before cleaning fabric sections.
- NEVER submerge or soak any Breedwell product in water, especially those with electronics. This can cause severe damage.
- Fabric straps and sections should generally be hand-washed with a wet cloth and color-safe detergent. Gently wipe to remove sweat stains and odors.
- Ensure you squeeze out most excess liquid from the washcloth before applying.
- Air dry completely on a dry towel before storing. Do not machine wash or machine dry fabric components that house lights, as this can shrink the channels.
- Jockstrap waistbands and pouches (once lighting components are removed) are often machine washable on cold/warm water settings and can be dried on a low heat setting. Always refer to specific product instructions for the best care.
